3.Intelligent universal circuit breaker
Application SFEW1 series intelligent conventional circuit breaker is applicable for distribution network of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V (690) included, rated current 630A~6300A, to distribute the electric energy and protect the circuit and powered device against overload, under voltage, short circuit and single phase earth, etc.. Standard GB14048.2 Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Low Voltage Circuit Breaker IEC60947-2 Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Circuit Breaker Working Condition 1.Ambient temperature: -5'C~+40'C, average in 24 hours <=+35'C 2.Relative humidity at +40'C <=50%, higher relative humidity is allowable at lower temperature. Monthly average relative humidity <=90% and corresponding monthly average ambient temperature >=+25'C. Take measures against the condensation on the surface of product caused by temperature changing. 3.Protection IP40, pollution III, application classification B 4.The inclination to vertical of circuit breaker <=5 degree, for mining circuit breaker <= 15 degree Feature 1. Release type: intelligent release, under voltage release, instantaneous (or time-relay) release, shunt release. 2. RELT annunciation can be direct or indirect, either locally on the equipment or remotely via control devices or the industrial network. 4. Adjustable ST and GF Zone Selective Interlocking optimizes restrained and unrestrained bands. 5. Zone Selective Instantaneous protection, multiple zone protection, 3 cycle clearing and selectivity are provided simultaneously. 6. Instantaneous trip adjusts up to 30X trip plug rating. 7. Open communication interface.
8. Time current curves compatible with traditional Fuse curves, along with more and tighter breaker curves, ensure accurate coordination. Regardless of what mix of protective devices your system includes – electronic trips, thermal magnetic circuit breakers or fuses – the EntelliGuard TU has the right curve shape to fit your system’s needs.
9. Ground Fault curves compatible with common fuse ground fault curves. If you have fused feeders under the circuit breaker with the ground fault protection, you can optimize selectivity without giving up protection and still meet code-mandated requirements.
10.The industry's true Zone Selective Interlocking (ZSI) works with Ground Fault Protection (G’FP), Short Time (ST) and Instantaneous (I), and includes the ability to set precise clearing times of each circuit breaker when restrained or unrestrained.
